Two small, hand-made guinomi sake cups made of porcelain. They are not identical on the outside and one is minimally larger than the other.
The outside of each one is decorated in underglaze cobalt blue. One with a house, pines and willow tree near a river or lake with sailboats. The other with a house on a promontory, surrounded by trees near a lake with sailbdats, mountains on the opposite side. On the inside both cups are decoratex in overglaze enamels and gold with sparrows and flowers over an underglaze blue décor of butterflies and flowers.
