Round bowl of heavy, cream-colored stoneware covered in translucent, finely crackled glaze, decorated in overglaze iron-red, gold and white and green enamels with maple leaves and scattered cherry blossoms on the inside of the bowl and in one section on the outside. Kyoto or Kyo ware.
